I am a certified whole life coach and free lance writer. I have a good sense of humour and style that will help you reveal life’s insights, giving you an enjoyable experience at the same time. “It is a radical notion in this society that balance and fulfillment are things we deserve, indeed must have,” Through coaching I have found that balance in my life and help bring it to my clients through coaching and workshops.

Coaching is like putting on gloves. It is important that they fit and are comfortable. I am your coach if you are looking for change and are willing to open minded and creative in your approach. The Training of a Coach...

As life coaching becomes more and more recognized as a valid career, schools are springing up all over the place. I recommend the school where I took my training and was certified, The Coaches Training Institute. www.thecoaches.com I have however, met many excellent coaches who have taken different routes. The decision depends in large part on what kind of a learner you are. If you are considering hiring a coach or becoming a coach, I would recommend that you do some research online, at the International Coaches Federation, which is the international licensing body.
www.coachfederation.org They will be able to recommend many fine schools and coaches to meet all personality styles or needs.
