From the day we are born our story is told. Who tells it? Our parents, teachers and our community. We come to a time when we need to decide who we are and tell our own stories. It is essential for us to do this in order to value our own journey.

As the author of your life, how are you telling your tale?

By the end of the day the participant will:

have a good idea of the stories that are motivating influence in their lives

know the values that influence their decisions

be able to recognize steps take to further their adventure and those contrary to it

be ready to author their own tales and have a structure to get them started

tell stories though art, writing and voice

will have committed to actions to set themselves in motion

have had fun!

Born to Live

I heard the song “Born to Live” at a time when I was just surviving my life. It wasn’t a bad existence but I knew there must be something more. The fist time I heard it I felt my heart quicken and leap in recognition. I knew I could never be the same again. That day I began the journey to myself. It was slow at first but got easier as I began to recognize some of the landscape. I offer this song to you here as a gift given with the generous permission of Ann Mortifee. Enjoy it. Let it work it’s magic on you.

To find out more about Ann or to purchase a song or CD, go to www.annmortifee.com

This is a short event designed to make you think about the way you frame things from business decisions to personal relationships. Is your glass half empty or half full? Does it matter? This short demonstration will give you a whole new look at the importance of the thought patterns in your life.

This is not designed to be a workshop but rather a demonstration with a discussion. It will change your life and the lives of those around you. Invite me to your group for an interesting two hours. You will never see the glass the same again.

This event is provided as a community service. Donations gratefully accepted
